Why does Emblem PTA Fund raise? It's simple - our children. We want our children to receive the best education possible so they may have as many opportunities and success in their life. Even though our administration and teachers do an amazing job, they can't do it alone. They need our help to bring in money to support assemblies, field trips, art program, Steminars, Project Lead the Way and so much more. Our children need our help so please help with our fundraising events throughout the year. What are we doing to raise money?
Direct Donation - 100% of proceeds go to Emblem
Restaurant nights - Enjoy dinner out and the restaurant gives a percentage to the school
Gifts of the Heart - Teachers donate their time and an activity to do with a student and parents bid on it. The highest bidder wins and the school earns money as well.
Silent Auction - At the spring event, there will be different raffle baskets and auction items for parents to bid.
Spring Read-a-thon - The students ask for pledges to read and 100% of proceeds benefit Emblem.
Amazon Smiles - You shop. Amazon gives to Emblem. www.smile.amazon.com
Box Tops - Cutout the box tops from participating products and bring them into school.
Recycling & E-Waste - school collects recycling and once a year we have an E-waste collection.
How will the money raised help Emblem? The money that Emblem PTA raises through fundraising will continue to support our Art program, Steminars, Assemblies, Field Trips, Build our technology, Computer programs, and purchase necessary items for the school to improve and enhance our children's education. Each dollar that we raise is greatly appreciated. If we work together we can offer our children many opportunities and an amazing education.
